Project Isolation

Project Isolation is an in-development Science Fiction top-down shooter with short phases of hacking focused mainly on stealth, careful positioning and speed.

In this game you play as the novice space soldier Athena Young, sent to investigate a lost spaceship, the Horizon.

She will unravel the dark mysteries surrounding the ship and discover a horrific truth which could endanger humanity.

To get through the spaceship she will have to get into the core system, which is not accessible to her as she is not a passenger of the ship, so she will have to use her hacking skills to be able to control the systems of the spaceship.

Enter the Horizon and survive the dark truth hiding inside.

Challenging stealth gameplay:

-Face enemies with heightened senses

-Sneak across dark rooms where you can't see the enemy, but he can see and hear you

-Position carefully and take advantage of walls and obstacles to hide yourself from the enemy

-Use your optic camouflage to fool enemies and get to your objectives

-If you die, you'll start over

Limited resources:

-Ammo is not a resource you want to waste

-Use your weapon to lure, not to kill

-Stun your enemies to get past them

-Search for hidden ammo and health pickups

Rank-based score system:

-Replay the game to improve your last score

-Less time means better score

-Don't fight, avoid

-Get praised (or insulted) for your performance

About us:

We are a group of students at ENTI-UB and we are really motivated to learn and improve developing games.

We are a team of 3 programmers, but we divided our roles to make the work easier for us watching our strengths and weaknesses. So in the end the roles were:

- Guillem Lara: The main artist.  @skyfront1

-Gerard Palau-Ribes: The main programmer. @enekaii

-Pau Medina: The game designer. @malloryxdd

Even tho we established some roles between us, everyone participated in all the tasks we had to do and we tried to help each other in all the ways we could.
